تطبيق «قَبَس: القرآن الكريم» (app.qabas.quran) لا ينشئ حسابات في وضعه الافتراضي — كل بياناتك على جهازك، وحذف التطبيق يحذفها. هذه الصفحة تخصّ من فعّل الوضع الاختياري «مع حساب على الإنترنت» في قسم الحفظ والتدارس.
لطلب حذف حسابك نهائياً (الاسم، رقم الموبايل، سجلات التسميع، كل شيء):
- راسلنا على amer_2737@hotmail.com أو واتساب +971505635264 / +963933489011، واذكر الاسم ورقم الموبايل المسجَّل به الحساب.
- أو اطلب من مشرف جامعك مباشرة — الحذف النهائي صلاحية المشرف العام، ويصلك تأكيده.
ماذا يُحذف: الحساب وكل سجلاته من قاعدة البيانات، حذفاً لا رجعة فيه. لا يبقى إلا سطر في سجل التدقيق يقول إن حذفاً حصل ومتى — بلا اسم ولا رقم قابل للاستعمال.
المدة: يُنفَّذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يوماً على الأكثر (عملياً: أيام قليلة).
بديل أخف: يمكن طلب أرشفة الحساب بدل حذفه — يختفي من كل القوائم ويُمنع الدخول به، مع بقاء السجلات؛ وهذا قابل للتراجع.
بياناتك المحلية (على جهازك) لا تحتاج طلباً من أحد: زر «مسح البيانات» داخل قسم الحفظ يمسحها، وحذف التطبيق يمسح كل شيء.

The app "Qabas: Quran Reader" (app.qabas.quran) creates no accounts in its default mode — everything lives on your device, and uninstalling removes it. This page is for users who enabled the optional "online account" mode of the Memorization & Study section.
To request permanent deletion of your account (name, phone number, recitation records — everything):
- Write to amer_2737@hotmail.com or WhatsApp +971505635264 / +963933489011, stating the name and phone number the account was registered with.
- Or ask your mosque's administrator directly — permanent deletion is performed by the super administrator, and you will receive confirmation.
What is deleted: the account and all of its records, irreversibly. Nothing remains but one audit row stating that a deletion happened and when — with no usable name or number.
Timeframe: within 30 days at most (in practice: a few days).
Lighter alternative: you may ask for the account to be archived instead — it disappears from every list and can no longer sign in, while its records remain; this is reversible.
Your local on-device data needs no request to anyone: the "Wipe data" button inside the Memorization section erases it, and uninstalling the app erases everything.
